Every menu is hand-crafted and prepared by Executive Chef Troy of Spirits Bar & Grill, alongside students from the Bayside Skills Center, using fresh produce grown in The Old Alcohol Plant gardens.

Rich, melty Brie paired over maple-glazed Brussel sprouts, and crisp pancetta.

Beef Wellington filled with chestnut stuffing, roasted cranberries, and served atop bourbon-blazed leeks with a pistachio garnish.
