Breakfast Chili
4 slices Center Cut Bacon
1lb of Ground sausage
1 packet of Chili Seasoning
28oz of Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
1 Poblano or Bell Pepper, finely diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced or grated
1 White Onion, finely diced
4 Cups of Beef Broth
Optional:
4 Eggs Pan Fried
Fried Potatoes (Add in)
Corn(Add in)
*Want to make this Vegetarian? Use Plant based meat instead of sausage/Bacon and vegetable broth instead of beef broth!
