Recipe of the Month

The Starrett Oatmeal Bake
Ingredients
2 Cups of certified Gluten Free rolled oats (I use bob red mill)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Large Ripe Bananas
1 Cup of Blueberries
Topping
Sliced Strawberries
Blackberries
*You can add 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup for some more sweetness and about 1/2 Cup of Almond Butter to enhance the flavors. My recipe above is friendly for those with Lyme Disease and have strict restrictions.*
